A common question regarding TradersPost’s affiliate program is whether a user can be assigned to an affiliate after they’ve already signed up, but forgot to use the referral link or code.

Post-Signup Affiliate Assignment

The answer is yes—users can be linked to an affiliate after signing up without the referral code. To do this, simply reach out to TradersPost support at [email protected]. Provide the relevant information, such as the user’s email address or account details, and the support team can manually link the account to the affiliate.

Time Restrictions

While TradersPost allows post-signup referral assignments, it’s important to act promptly. Ideally, the request should be made soon after signup. Although TradersPost is flexible with such requests, if the referral assignment is requested several months later—such as nine months or more—it may not be accepted.
