Learn how to get funded with My Funded Futures. This guide covers Core, Scale, and Pro evaluation plans, profit targets, drawdown rules, consistency requirements, and the payout structure for accounts from $25K to $150K.

Getting funded with My Funded Futures requires passing a one-step evaluation by hitting a profit target while staying within the EOD trailing drawdown1. The Core plan starts at $77/month with no activation fee23.

This guide covers the evaluation requirements for each plan, drawdown rules, and the payout process.

Choosing Your Plan

MFFU offers three main evaluation plans4:

  • Core: $77/month, $50K only, 80/20 split, payouts every 5 winning days2
  • Scale: $127-$377/month, $50K-$150K, 100% first $10K then 90/10, progressive payout caps56
  • Pro: $227-$477/month, $50K-$150K, 100% first $10K then 90/10, payouts every 14 days, up to $100K sim total7

Evaluation Parameters

All plans share the same profit targets and drawdowns by account size1:

  • $25,000 Account: $1,500 profit target, $1,000 EOD trailing drawdown, 1 contract18
  • $50,000 Account: $3,000 profit target, $2,000 EOD trailing drawdown, up to 5 contracts (50 micros)18
  • $100,000 Account: $6,000 profit target, $3,000 EOD trailing drawdown1
  • $150,000 Account: $9,000 profit target, $4,500 EOD trailing drawdown1

EOD Trailing Drawdown

The drawdown trails your highest end-of-day balance and is not calculated intraday9. The drawdown locks (stops trailing) once your end-of-day balance reaches starting balance plus the drawdown amount9. For example, on a $50K account, the drawdown locks at $52,000, making the floor permanently $50,000.

Consistency Rule

During evaluation, no single day can exceed 50% of total profits on Core, Scale, and Pro plans10.

No Daily Loss Limit

MFFU does not enforce daily loss limits on any current plan11.

Position Closure

All positions are auto-liquidated at 4:10 PM EST12. Trading resumes at 6:00 PM EST12. No overnight positions are allowed.

After You Pass

After passing the evaluation, you advance to a sim-funded account at no additional cost3. The progression to live capital depends on your plan:

  • Core: Eligible for live after 5 consecutive payouts2
  • Scale: Eligible for live after 5 consecutive payouts6
  • Pro: Eligible for live after 3 consecutive payouts or $20K profit milestone7

Payout Structure

  • Core: 80/20 split, every 5 winning days, $250 minimum, $1,000 cap per payout2
  • Scale: 100% first $10K then 90/10, every 5 winning days, $250 minimum, $1,500-$3,500 progressive cap6
  • Pro: 100% first $10K then 90/10, every 14 days, $1,000 minimum7

Payouts are processed via Rise within 1-3 business days13.

News Trading

Core and Scale sim-funded accounts must close positions 2 minutes before and wait 2 minutes after Tier 1 economic events14. Pro funded accounts allow news trading14.

Tips for Passing

Manage the Tight Drawdown

The EOD trailing drawdown is tight9. On a $50K account, you only have $2,000 of room. Size your positions conservatively and use stop losses on every trade.

Spread Profits Across Days

The 50% consistency rule means you need at least 2-3 meaningful winning days10. Avoid putting all your risk into one session.

Choose the Right Plan

Core at $77/month is ideal for budget-conscious traders. Scale offers better profit splits. Pro provides the fastest path to live capital and the highest sim payout potential4.

Automation and TradersPost

MFFU permits semi-automated trading on all accounts15. TradersPost connects through Tradovate for webhook-based strategy execution. Fully autonomous bots and high-frequency trading (200+ trades/day) are prohibited15.

Conclusion

Getting funded with My Funded Futures starts at just $77/month with no activation fee23. The 50% consistency rule10 and EOD trailing drawdown9 are manageable with disciplined risk management. Scale and Pro plans offer 100% profit retention on the first $10,0007.
